Nicole is passionate about partnering with adults, adolescents, and couples in achieving their personal goals and on their journey toward healing in an emotionally safe and accepting environment. She works in areas including substance use, exploring aspects of personal identity, spirituality, adult autism, relationship difficulties and/or conflict, anxiety and depression, adult ADD and ADHD, childhood trauma, living with chronic pain, grief and loss, social anxiety, difficulties with assertiveness and/or communication, and couples dealing with blended family dynamics. Nicole teaches skills for communication and conflict resolution and includes various interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing while incorporating empathy and compassion.

Nicole is an associate professional counselor with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Richmont Graduate University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Auburn University. She has worked in long term residential treatment for substance use disorder and in private practice. She is under the supervision of Heather Cobb, LPC, CPCS.

In Nicole’s free time, she enjoys spending time with family including her three children, connecting with her friends, spending time outdoors, and cuddling with her cats.
