Aubrey is passionate about partnering with others on their journey as they take steps towards hope and healing. She strives to create a safe environment where
clients can explore life's challenges, reach personalized goals, and pursue healthy changes. Aubrey believes in the benefits of helping her clients find a voice for their pain and struggles. Her
areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and women's issues. She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and couples. Aubrey has pursued advanced training in trauma, including
EMDR and the Flash Technique for trauma resolution.
Aubrey is an associate professional counselor with her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Psychology from
Park University. She is under the supervision of Heather Cobb, LPC, CPCS.
Aubrey grew up in Wyoming, spent a few years in New Mexico while her husband served in the Air Force, and now calls Georgia home since 2005. She enjoys reading, anything creative, singing in the
kitchen while cooking, and spending time with her husband, young adult son, and teenage daughter.
