I’m Garrett and I work with young adults, teens and children who are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other struggles. My goal as a counselor is to provide a safe
relationship in which you can be heard without judgment. and to challenge you to take practical steps towards healing and emotional health.
I use a person centered approach
and teach cognitive skills that reduce the intensity of depression and anxiety. I also enjoy using creative solutions in counseling help you find healing in a way that suits you best. This can
include taking a hike, doing art, or using a sand tray. For kids, playing games and Minecraft therapy can also be a part of treatment!
