Garrett is an Associate Professional Counselor who is passionate about building authentic relationships with his clients to help them find healing and joy. He believes that a relationship with Jesus Christ is our ultimate source of freedom and that counseling is a great avenue to find both emotional and spiritual healing.
Garrett returned to his hometown in 2018 after attending Liberty University in Virginia, attaining a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and a Bachelors degree in Psychology: Counseling and Human Development.
Garrett has experience working with a broad range of issues including anxiety, depression, pornography addiction, suicide, and trauma. He loves helping people find practical tools to cope with their pain and overcome problematic habits and thought processes. He has worked with individuals of all ages, and especially enjoys working with adolescents and young adults.
Garrett met his wife, Abby, in undergrad and they have been married for over 2 years. They are both involved in ministry through their local church, and have a heart for global missions. Some of Garrett’s greatest joys are found in drawing, photography, and the art of coffee-making. A Colorado native, He loves adventure and feels most at home in the mountains.
